Your compensation is loaded directly onto a reloadable card after you complete your donation and will be immediately ready for use.

Manage your account today:

  • Know Before You Go. Review your card balance and get transaction history before swiping your card.
  • Sign-up for text messaging to get instant alerts for card balance, last payment and last transaction.

IMPORTANT: Representatives handling our reloadable prepaid cards will NEVER contact you by phone, email or text message for your card information, like your card number or PIN unless you contact them first. To protect yourself please do NOT provide your card information to anyone. For more information please call the number on the back of your card.

We recommend resetting your PIN periodically to ensure an optimal level of security.

PIN Number

If you forget your pin number, you can call the number on the back of your reloadable prepaid card to reset. To protect yourself, please DO NOT give your card information to anyone. We recommend resetting your PIN periodically for security purposes. Remember, you determine your PIN #


Card or Balance Fees

You can check your balance by going online, logging in at the center’s Marketing kiosk, by receiving text alerts, or by calling the toll-free number on the back of your reloadable prepaid card
